Welcome to My Black Solution. By creating an account, joining a space or otherwise using the My Black Solution community, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the community.
Using Our Community
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to join. Keep your login details secure and your profile accurate: you are responsible for all activity on your account.
Community Conduct
Treat every member with respect. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, spam and misleading content are not allowed, and every member must follow our Community Guidelines.
Your Content
You keep ownership of what you post. By sharing it, you give us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform so the community can work. Only post content you have the right to share.
Our Intellectual Property
The My Black Solution name, logo, design and platform content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reused or distributed without our written permission.
Memberships & Payments
Some spaces, courses or features may require payment. Prices, billing periods and any refund terms are shown before you buy, and you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide.
Suspension & Termination
We may remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that break these Terms or put other members at risk. You can close your account at any time.
Disclaimers & Liability
The community is provided "as is". Member posts reflect the views of their authors, not My Black Solution, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and continuing to use the community after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
